Refund Policy

Simple rules. The free trial is there so you can try Hookline before you pay.

The rules

• Monthly plans: monthly plans are not refunded after a charge. The 7-day free trial is there for testing.
• Yearly plans: yearly plans can be refunded within 14 days of the charge.
• If it doesn't work: you always get a refund if Hookline doesn't work on your computer and we can't fix it.

Cancel before day 7 of the free trial and you are not charged at all.

How to ask

Email support@hookline.ae with the email address or order number you used to buy. For a "doesn't work" refund, tell us your After Effects version and what happens, so we can try to fix it first.

Who pays you back

Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record. They took the payment, so they send the refund to your original payment method. It can take a few days to show up, depending on your bank.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in the customer portal (the link is in your receipt email). Cancelling stops the next charge; the panel keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
